This morning in math, we continued with our new study in math: probability. We looked at how to express probably outcomes by using words and fractions (i.e., 2 out of 5 or 2/5). Today's lesson was about using spinners and make predictions and record actual results.
In language, students were put into groups and were given samples of reading responses. They had to figure out which ones were levels 1,2, 3, and 4 by analyzing the response and write their reasons down. This will help them prepare for the final reading assessment this week (CASI).
